Terms and Conditions
As a client of PDT Training Services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out as below:
We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time.
No variation can be made to these terms without the written consent of PDT Training Services. The acceptance of attendance on a training course with PDT Training Services by the client shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions, and will lead to a binding contract between the parties.
As our client you agree to provide any information required for PDT Training Services to carry out the registration process relating to training. This information will be required within an agreed timescale.
PDT Training Services reserves the right to amend any accidental error or omission without liability.
Health and Safety
The client accepts responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and will not contravene any duty or inspection imposed by law.
We reserve the right to expel or not to admit individuals, without liability if, at our absolute discretion, their behaviour is inconsistent with our reputation or conducive to the delivery of training.
Each individual must inform us of any medical condition/s which may affect them or others whilst on course and PDT Training Services undertake that all such information will be kept in confidence. In addition, it is the responsibilities of each individual to take appropriate medical advice as to whether they are fit to participate in the training.
The client will accept full responsibility for all statutory requirements placed upon a client by the relevant governing bodies and acts including the maintenance and safety of the lifting equipment, protective clothing and all insurances including any loss, injury or damage sustained during the course of training or arising out of the neglect and/or breach of statutory duty by the client or in any other way.
Trainees must adhere to all health and safety instructions given by the Course Organiser/Trainer/Instructor/Assessor during their time with us.
The Trainer/Instructor/Assessor have the right to finish a course early if conditions are deemed to be unsafe.
PDT Training Services cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by Force Majeure.
PDT Training Services accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage to property or for any other loss, including loss of earnings, profits or injury to persons arising directly or indirectly from any act or omissions of PDT Training Services irrespective of how this loss/damage was caused.
